How do I delete my account?

On iPhone and Android, open Settings and look for Delete account, in the Account section. On the web app it's the same button on your Profile page — Delete account is available on all three platforms.

Tapping it opens a confirmation first — nothing is deleted until you confirm that too.

Confirming erases your profile, your locations (including your home table), your connections, your challenges, your chat conversations and your match history.

This can't be undone. Once you confirm, there's no recovery window and no way for us to bring a deleted account back — take your time before you tap through.

One thing worth knowing: deleting your account is more thorough than unlinking your CueScore profile. Unlinking only removes the link — your CueScore name and ID can still show up on other players' match records. Deleting your account clears those too; other players simply see a "Former member" where your name was.

Once deletion finishes, you're signed out and back at the sign-in screen. There's no account left to sign back into.
